If you’re starting your search for Quad Cities wedding venues, you’re in the right place. Most couples begin with venues because this one decision sets everything else: your date, your guest count, your budget range, and how the entire day will feel.
We’re Keel Co Photography, a Quad Cities wedding photography and video team who has photographed and captured video of weddings across Davenport, Bettendorf, Moline, Rock Island, Le Claire, Eldridge, and Muscatine. This guide is built from firsthand experience—real wedding days, real timelines, real lighting—not generic lists. It’s designed to help you narrow options based on what matters to you first, and to show you what couples often don’t realize until it’s too late.
Instead of scrolling endlessly, start with the section that matches your top priority right now—low stress, guest comfort, photos, weather peace of mind, capacity, or budget predictability. Each venue name links to a full planning + photography guide with real wedding galleries.

How much does a spring wedding in the Quad Cities with 150 to 200 guests cost? According to The Wedding Report $39,907.
Quad Cities weddings average $228 per guest for both ceremony and reception, though locations for a ceremony only can be found for under $500 for 50 guests.
You’ll need at least an area for the ceremony, an audience space, and two separate lounge spaces for both sides of the wedding party to get ready in. I also would suggest a property with a rain plan, nearby or onsite photograph locations, and serve as both your ceremony and reception location. Any amount of travel you can reduce on your wedding day is worth it in the long run.
